Our boardroom and meeting facilities are available for hire for seminars, meetings and conferences.
We are based in the heart of Digbeth, close to the city centre and walking distance from Moor Street Station.
We will be offering competitive rates for hire or fully catered delegate rates for your meeting days out of the office, or team buildings and parties.
Why Wharfinger's House?
We chose Wharfinger as a name because this was the original job title for a canal keeper during the time the house was built.
In fact, the house is an original live/work space, having most likely been built for the person who managed the canals and ensured the tolls were paid for by the canal users.
We felt we wanted to relate our non-architectural activity to a domestic scale, informed by the original purpose of the building as a home.

We have a kitchen available for hire where you can meet, cook and chew the fat with colleagues and friends.
All equipment is there, just bring your ingredients, or ask us to supply.
We will even do the washing up!
