Residential development for a historic Birmingham site
The scheme provides 52 apartments, underground secured parking and a private communal garden space.
The site adjoins the historic Franklin House, which was the previous headquarters for the well known confectionary company Cadbury. Comprising of one and two-bedroom apartments on the edge of the Bournville conservation area, the new building has modern detailing, three-storey main elevations, with vertical bays respecting local materials and proportions. The key building material for the scheme is red brick, which relates to the historic setting and background of the site.
The development of this website and the refurbishment of the meeting rooms in Birmingham and second office in Bromyard was made possible with funding from the ERDF.
